  I would avoid using this company, I just called to cancel my insurance policy, I was aware of the £50 cancellation fee, however they insisted on charging me £75, as the additional £25 was due to me using comparison site. It doesn't state this on their website, i did argue, however when you are charged an additional 7p on top of your standard line charge, it was becoming more expensive.... I won't be using them again and i suggest you do the same.

  worst service available. avoid at all costs!!!
  after my year policy they automatically renewed my insurance for a higher price?! even though i had no accidents.??
  so i cancelled well in advance and now they are threatening to take £25 from stored cards which is illegal in my eyes.

  I took insurance out with these guys in 2015 - then for the next three years they have taken money out of my account at inflated prices for insurance I have not authorised and do not want - I got 2016's back but am currently trying to get 2017 & 2018s back and to have them delete my details - I will be prursing with ombudsman ICO and media if not sorted within a week.
